Great pics. Nice juxtaposition of Paul Champagne's interior with the track car.

Hey Steve,

great pictures

That is actually the only record I have of that dent in my top. I'm happy to report that the operation was a complete success and the dent is no more

Thanks for posting

Paul

That dent man was doing a brisk business! Can't wait to see your new ostrich dash, Paul. It was really cool to see the ways that people can personalize their cars with all the different kinds of wheels, interiors, etc.

So much for using Geocities for pictures......I'm not sure how much data transfer is allowed before the site becomes "temporarily unavailable", but it must not be very much. Sorry

Great pics, but not many close ups of the people. Who are we seeing on these pictures? Where do those beautiful bluemetallic GTS models come from?

Nicole, take a look. I put up the last of the Saturday pic and some of them are close-ups. As far as names go, its up to the individuals to identify themselves should they feel the need

For those of you with a voteuristic interest, Nicole, if you look at T_Max's pictures the first one of people is an extremely unflattering picture of Pam and a flattering picture of me.

That's me talking to the officer over in the other thread, bailing out some OTHER miscreant!
Brendan- Yes it is. What was even better was the line up of a silver, a blue & a black GTS- all 5 speeds, all immaculate. At least more than one demonstrably capable of doing (so people talk!) of doing- oh never mind- a high rate of knots.

What's up with all those rear and mid engine Porsches - were those intruders who wanted to see what a real car looks like, or was the Sharkfest combined with some other Porsche event (Porschedillo)?

Ernest: At a first glance I thought you were loading your gun on that picture. Then I realized you were just going to shoot with a digital camera - certainly a healthier choice...

I am new to this. I need help. I am totally redoing 1979 928. Body in complete, total new interior. Herein lies my problem. All wiring was diagrammed. when I put it back together the "red triangle" warning lite flashes on the console and in the dash panel and the warning "BRAKE PRESS" comes on. Does anyone out there know what this means and how to correct it?
Thanks,
LOREN

Nicole-
On Saturday 6 or 7 928ers went to Porschedillo (all P-cars, even Ferrarris, Aston-Martin allowed) and then on their 142.2 mile tour. Another 7 of us joined en route for the last 80 miles, at which point we had a seriously healthy representation, and then we all had dinner together. Really good tour w/ the rear-engined cars, and only the 703 hp 911 had a clear edge on us when it came to passing

Nicole, it was fun to do a driving tour with the whale's and other water cooled P-cars (951's). By the time we made it back to Blanco for dinner, there were just as many 928's as there were "Other" P-Cars (~30 cars total showed up at the Sunset for dinner)!

Donald, the black 911/930 twin turbo with 702hp/609tq is one of the "FAST" cars (Mark Robinson group). The black 928 Euro with the FAST kit that was not hooked up yet due to Marks desire to brake in the new "FAST" motor, was another one of their project cars. I'm sure we'll be hearing more about that one in the near future.

Loren, post your problem as a "NEW POST" in the forum, you will get a better response that way

Brendan, that blue GTS was a bear to take a picture of! It changes colors, from Black, Dark Blue Met., Medium Blue Met. and Purple/Blue Met. It just depends on the light and angle you are in/at the time.

P.S. Nicole, I'm the one in the second picture at the bottom in the green leafy shirt
