As usual RHD cars are more rare and should be more expensive than similar LHD cars. There were 69 '89, 155 '90 and 46 '91 MY meaning in all 270 RHD GT's. Not many good ones left. This one is known car which has been seen in magazines over the years. Possibly best there is or at least in top three.

This GT is well known the the UK community. The original and 1st owner sold it a couple of years ago to someone who he thought was an enthusiast, who has subsequently decided to move it on. I assume this is due to the rapid recent price increases.

Yup 928s appear to be shooting up in value here.

I unfortunately had an opportunity to buy a black on black GT with about 85k miles for £8k a few years ago. I spent a couple of days deciding because as well as my 928 I also had a 944 s2. By the time I decided I missed out. Would have been a great investment.

That's a pretty wild color combo - very unique!

What is the purpose of the switch next to the hand brake?

The switch is part of the alarm system fitted by Porsche UK during delivery - I can't remember exactly what it does, but think it disables the internal (cabin) acoustic sensor.

Wow... Interesting interior mix.

So when did they start installing airbags in ROW cars? Or was that a RHD thing?

Air bags in ROW cars are all over the map ... don't recall seeing an airbag on any ROW S4. GTS in UK had a bag on the driver's side but not passenger side. The driver side had the parcel shelf rather than a knee bolster.

I think USA might have been only country to get both sides?

Airbags not fitted to UK cars until GTS model.

Mileage is genuine and at time of sale by original owner had a full Porsche service history.

Is that interior a factory colour option? Weird one.

LHD ROW cars got airbag dash in middle of '91 MY meaning late S4 and GT and all GTS have both bags. RHD is different and didn't get new style dash at all and only got steering wheel bag from '93 MY.
