Default securing the driveshaft bolts to the outgoing flange

Should I use some blue Locktite or alternative means of securing the allen bolts that mount the driveshaft cvj's to the transaxle flanges? Or just torque them to the specified 83 Nm?

A little Blue won't hurt anything (I put a dab on them) and always good idea to recheck them after a few hundred miles.

There's no instruction for thread locker in the WSM. I torque them to spec, and put a dab of red on them as telltales so I can see later if one has moved. There were no QC paint marks on them when new, at least on mine ('89). I guess there are now...

Follow the torquing order in the WSM. Use the spec'd torque. And make sure the bolts and holes are grease free. If you miss any of those you may have a bolt back out. If you do all three you're good.
