Default Illuminated window switch question

I just pulled my center console out to do a modification for a double din radio and I can't remember if the illuminated switch kit has the long leg on the led go to the red wire or to the brown wire. Anyone know? I'll put a label on it upon assembly.

IIRC there's a black triangle on the connector to which the long lead connects. There's a picture in the pdf instructions, will link to it when I get home.

Jeff, here's the install guide for 90+ cars, see the pic on page 3 of the LED connector.

The amount of jealousy that rages inside me every time I see someone mention their Illuminated Window Switches is rather high.

Oh how I wish they were still in production....

Ryan, every time I open the windows or sunroof on my GTS, I wish I had bought more illuminated switches from Hans.

John - not sure if I'm feeling too much pity for you here.

Looks great Jeff. Are you planning on installing a double din shallow mount unit (no CD/DVD) ? T
