Default Instrument cluster: Help! I screwed up but don't know how.

I decided to do some resto mods. I installed a new ignition switch and changed all the dash lights to LED. Then put everything back together. Lights look great in LEDs BUT the speedometer is screwed up. It is registering about 30 mph when I am doing 60 and so on.

Before I remove the dash again what did I fck up? One of the 4 connectors?
Whoever said, "fix it until its broke" was too damn right.
What's wrong with me? Car was fine before I tore into it.

TIA

Not sure, but the four pins may not have seated correctly, or one of the four insertion rivets May have loosened a fell off the printed board.

Also, there is a tiny little metal tab on the speedometer mechanism, it has two positions, and if you trip it the needle jumps.
I wondered if this is a Canadian vs US calibration switch.

Thanks guys. Tomorrow I tear it apart again and check the connections and look at the other stuff you wrote about.
