LH and MAF were both checked out, 100% clean bills of health.

First, you will need a new crush ring for the new sensor.

Second, is the water bridge powder-coated?

Are you still planning on being at Sharktoberfest? I'll have a Sharktuner, and my spare LH.

Ask Rob to bring his 'intake leak testing' fixture to Sharktoberfest. In a few minutes you can see if the intake and oil vent plumbing are leaking air. Stooopid stuff like a cracked vent hose allow false air into the engine, or a cracked oil filler, or... Lots of things. Jim's Sharktuner can see what the idle stabilizer is doing, and verify some of the other functions. With all the discussions on different aftermarket chip mixes in your car, you might be the perfect test subject for a Sharktuner/Sharkplotter clinic while the tools and the talent are all gathered in Anaheim next weekend. Very gracious of Jim to offer that!

Sadly I'm not going to be able to make it to Sharktoberfest, as per usual. Too much family and work stuff happening as always, and spare cash running low. I'll just have to soldier on here on my own for a while longer.

I do appreciate the offers of assistance. I'll keep checking out things as I can here.
