I stressed this procedure the last couple days after reading the threads here. I had no problem with my 86.5.
Dropped exhaust, removed clutch slave out of way, removed lower bell housing, went up top and removed air tubes, air box upper and lower pieces.
I then siliconed new ball cup to end of crow bar(flat side) then got a friend to hold a second crow bar on passenger side which he directed down behind my crow bar(driver side) with cup. I put pressure against second crow bar and popped on the bushing. Took all of 5 minutes. Had the car running 45 minutes later with no chattering/rattling noises that sounded like the rods were all loose. Just wanted to pass this along. Thanks to 928srus for overnight delivery of bushing.
