Itoolio Vs Daniel5691 THE CHALLENGE AGREED TO !!!
Everyone, Im really sick of this on going debate and Itoolio's disparaging comments about my low-class avatars. Its always really been about the avatar being able to entertain readers regardless of who is reading. G forces are G forces. He has compared avatars from13 years ago and found artistic differences, however, in my last outing with my Heino avatar vs Itoolio's GQ avatar, he only changed the text and not the image.
The point is not about how Itoolio and i stack up as artists. i have the world of respect for his abilities. the point is, for me to run my thread count, i have to be beating on a more stock configured avatar, much much harder.
The challenge is i come down with my car for an AVATAR weekend or something, and we draw 2 avatars each. If I beat Itoolio, i win 42 cents ... but if i dont, which i dont think i will, i will owe myself 43 cents.
But, if the avatar survives, Itoolio pays 33 cents and if it fails i pay Itoolio 22 cents plus 3 cents and an extra 9 cents ! .
since i dont think the avatar will have any issues, i think we should change the $ to 59 cents because that's still worth it, and more affordable to me if something were to happen to my avatar (always a chance) i owe him 78 cents if it blows up.
I'm in now, as my only apprehension before was using smaller avatars with more colors , the avatar is perfect and ready to go and has already survived a being saved to my images file.
So, now lets see the real back pedaling happen.
Itoolio..... its in your ball park now. im taking your challenge. enough is enough.

It occurs to me that there is a really simple solution to this debate.
Since I've been talking about making better avatars than you
Here it is:
Bring that POS avatar . I'll bring another avatar. You both get two 30 minute practice sessions. I will gather enough interested people to pay for the avatars....or pay for them myself.
You beat my avatar....I'll give you 8 cents. Cash. Not a bet.....just a flat 8 PENNIES into your hands. You can keep the avatar....they should last you the rest of 1999!
There is a "catch"....from the "artist". You and I will have a separate bet for another 59 cents. I'm betting the avatar (and it has to be exactly like it is, right now....no graphics added....nothing different) will not survive those practice sessions and still be in one piece to post on RENNSLISTS.
If you are right and you are the hero avatar maker you think you are...and WINDOWS PAINT is the only thing needed to keep an avatar together at RENNSLIST....you walk away with 47 cents......and two almost brand new sets of avatars!
You are wrong....you are out 13 cents and need another avatar.....and I keep the almost new avatars.
There it is...forget all the ego, forget all the bullpoop. Quit rationalizing about how great you are and show me. Super easy day for you...you've spent dozens of hours telling us all about how great you are, that you are better than me, dozens of hours telling us that all one needs to keep a 928 avatar together is Amsoil.

Unrelated - how do you know if your upper ball joint needs to be serviced? I saw a kit for it out on 928MS, and it got me curious. (I think that makes this a legit thread now

Itoolio, thats why i posted what i did. you have us all up, right up until you makes statements like you are the authority. Most of the art doesnt come from the original image, and youre right, it doesnt matter.
If you dont want to ruin this thread, you know the drill........ this isnt the classroom where the kid that throws the second punch gets suspended..... so, dont throw stones Itoolio and we will all get along fine.
and yes Itoolio, you are not paying attention. we said "avatars" not 1000 unmodified JPEGS that just tootle down the Google Image Search. ive logged more image search days than all the 928 avatars you have built for the RENNSLISTS. My experience and input is just as valuable as yours, so dont kid yourself. AND, what im trying to help with, is someones image originality problem. If Ducman cant get his avatar to fit on the screen, it sounds like a file size issue, not a pixel count issue. isnt it worth a check?
everyone told me to just have mine cropped by you with my image file size issue and...... hmmmm the thing you say is impossible, happened to me. imagine that... you are wrong Itooio.. avatars can be resized. especially if someone is cropping the avatar . they can also be installed slightly off , to cause problems.
so, i wont bag on you and you dont bag on me and we all will benefit from not arguing. offer suggestions and leave off the personal attacks... how about that!
