Is there some sort of trick in getting the return line off of the PS Reservoir? I've got the original metal one with the return in the side.
I completely took the clamp off, removed the two bolts holding the reservoir to the frame and I can I only get the darn thing about 0.5" out.
I really don't want to damage the hard line portion of it and am considering cutting the hydraulic hose part and redoing it per Dwayne's write up.
Am I missing an easy way to do it? Is there a tool that I should be using other than my hands?

A carefully orchestrated combination of twisting, prying, pulling, and strong language finally breaks it free. At least it did for me.
Oh... except mine was the plastic reservoir on a '90. I'm not sure how much difference that makes.

Ed - you were spot on. I wasn't applying enough F-Bombs to the exercise. Threw a few more out earlier this morning and I have a removed reservoir.
Thanks for the tip
