Default Better to call Sean Ratts than Ghostbusters

Afternoon of day 2 in drive from DFW to GA coast. Stopped for gas in western FL. Car would catch, but immediately stall. Finally fed it lot of gas and it kept running, running well mostly at 80+ MPH for another half a tank. Stop at gas station, go inside before filling up. Come back out to drive to the pump and engine turns, but won't catch. Ouch!

Call Sean and describe symptoms. Try removing the gas tank cap, he suggests. I do that and car fires up immediately. Amazing!!

Also discovered today that my cruise control is working fine, probably a side benefit of a new wiring harness. And learned that my temperature gauge works when it rose quite high while in a high temperature traffic jam.

928's may have their issues, but they are true GTs that show their stuff on these interstate drives!

Brad
