These have to be aftermarket injector connections
Should I replace them?

They are aftermarket but I would leave them alone if they aren't giving you problems.

Otherwise I would tell you to invest in a new harness to get fresh wire and new connectors.

Looks like a standard Bosch 2 way female connector. You can buy the 2 way female with a 12" pigtail and the rubber boot is extra. You can also buy the 2 way as a kit - includes the connector, pins and rubber boot. Depends if you want to add pins to the end of the wires or splice the wires into the existing harness.
We stock them all ----
2 way Male or Female kit - $11 each
2 way Female with 12" pigtail - $9.75 each
Rubber boot 2 way & 3 way - $4.75 each
3 way Male or Female kit - $20.50 each
6 way Female Kit (MAF connector) - $48.75
