Default Won't start

I am at my wits end, yesterday I did a little cleaning in the engine bay. I sprayed a little foaming engine cleaner on the plastic covers to clean up the oil from a defective cam seal we had to replace. no big deal. After wards I sprayed it with the hose to remove the cleaner. Now it will not start. It cranks but does not fire. I thought it might be damp distributer internal so I pull the cap and blew warn air over the internals, Note wife now complaining my using her hair dryer as a tool. but still no go I checked the green wire and it ls good. Any help is appreciated

There are a few posts around which talk to the potential perils of cleaning the top end of the engine with a hose and what it could effect.

Wait and it'll dry out. You've shorted some electrics. Green wire or condensation in the distributor cap. Put a timing light on a few wires and see what's firing.
