The only S4-onwards which use those air injection ports are the ones sold without cats by the factory (-89 in the UK, higher in some places like middle east).

I removed the air-injection pipes on my '89 and plugged those ports, they were a PITA when undoing block drain plugs I kept the pipes in a box in case I ever want to make it all stock again tho.
