Default Proper wheels and tires for Blue Iris

Looking to maybe swap my current S4's Carrera III 18x8, et 57 fronts and 18x10, et 58 into my '78 5 speed. Will take the original 15" speed dials off and recondition them and give it a different look.

Will those Carrera IIIs fit my '78?

Also, will Carrea III 18x11 fit in the rears of my '89 S4? Need GTS fenders?

Thank you for any advice,
Hoi

Yes, the Carrera's III wheels should fit no problem . I had the same wheels on an 80.

Need to give a better name for that car. Any Howard Stern fan knows what I mean. Google "Blue Iris Stern"

Haa haa! I know. That's why she's given that name. It's all worn out inside and out with no evidence of proper upkeep. I will consider taking off that name once she's all fixed up. For now, I need a smile on my face everytime I look at the engine, fuel/vacuum lines, suspension, interior, etc.

You're welcome .. I would say there about 4-5,17 and 18 inch Porsche wheels that look good on the early cars . Not a fan of the turbo twist wheels.
