It passes the visual Nicole Test on the pictures. Only thing I see is a chipped interior temp sensor. Absent of any unexpected problems, this could be an absolute steal.

I would call Motorsport in SLC to see, if and what they know about the car.

 

I second Nicole; ask who did the belt; ask SLC to do a PPI. Bid to your comfort level with a budget for deferred maint. If you get it, replace fuel lines, enjoy.
