Default 1989 Digital Clock LED Bulb?

Hi there. I just updated my 1989 dash and pod switches to to LED. Quite an upgrade. Looks fantastic.

I was also going to change the bulb in the digital clock, but I didn't have the right bulb. It looks like a wedge based bulb of some kind similar to the pod bulbs and needs a wide spread of light.

Any recommendations on which bulb to get?

When I replaced mine, I used the same type as in the Pod Switches, try it and see if its enough for you in the dark.
The HVAC unit really needs a "wide" spread, that's why people used separate LED's to get the slider and Fan lit.

I used a Super Bright LEDs B8.5D-WHP (see also more info), and that's what I recommend in the "Part Summary" / "Center Console Switches and Instrumentation" section of Converting Porsche 928 Interior Lighting to LEDs. It's not very bright, but gets the job done.

Edit: oops, I just noticed you wrote "digital clock." What I wrote above is for analog clock.
