If in fact the oil pump seized....the t-belt would have shredded quickly stopping the engine. That would imply that the bearings, rings, cam journals are probably fine.... None interference engine so valves should be fine....then becomes a ??? of how long it sat with old coolant and that potential for damage.

Such a shame to see another neglected car.
If you advertised it as a "barn find" you'd probably get more , such is the drawing power of the dusty barn these days.
I'd buy it for that price , but shipping would cost more!
