Sharks In Hell 10: August 1st
#61
Okay...my wife is baking cookies tonight...so if we're not there tomorrow...it's because I ate to many tonight...and got a bad tummy ache.
Sorry folks, but that is how I roll...
See ya tomorrow.
Brian.

Well, for anyone that has ever worried about going to Hell...
Your worries are unfounded.
Why?
Because, it's freak'n wonderful there, great folks, cool stuff to win or buy, plenty of tasty food and better weather and temps than one would ever imagine.
Had a bit of good luck carma, too. Before we left for the event, l was looking over the door-prizes and thought the rubber floor mats would be a great asset for a guy that lives on a dirt road, like me. Well, I was asked to have my car and a neighboring car moved, so as to make room in the drive. Shortly after asking the other owner, Ed, to move his car...his car was saved from Andrew's wrath. Unfortunately, we didn't save them all...but Ed's car was spared. In appreciation, Ed gave me his raffle ticket before he left...and said..."l owe you one for telling me to move".
Well, Ed's number was drawn and the floor mats were still available. Now, I did tell Ed that if he won something I would get it to him somehow. But, now that I have these floor mats...I don't think so...lol. Just joking, Ed...if you read this...just let me know when and where.
A big thank you goes out to Mark and his wife for hosting this event and all of the folks that donated raffle prizes. Met a lot of great folks and hope to go to Hell again soon.
Sorry, no pictures. But, others will be along soon with some.

Wow, I had a great time at the event and it was good seeing some familiar faces again. A big thanks to the hosts on putting on a fabulous event! I had a little car trouble on the way back home but nothing a spare DME relay couldn't fix! Damn 30 year old Porsches!

We had issues on the way home, too. The turn signal indicator light stopped working.
So, either someone removed my steering wheel, pod and instrument cluster and removed the mint condition, 31 year old vintage original bulb and then reassembled it prefectly to hide their criminal act...or...it burned out.
