Glad you got the light on line,
BTW you can easily see the door edge lights condition with the windows rolled down simply look down into the door at the backside of the lamp

NOTE one thing I forgot to mention ,
I would suggest to put some silicone sealant onto the rear of the door edge boot / to the harness sheathing,
this will prevent water from running down and wicking into the lamp. Dielex grease is also suggested for the spade connectors
