Hey,

After some research after the vibrations at 1500 rpm i found out about the engine mounts. Little side note, ganne do transmission mounts aswell just to be sure.

Thing is this, the porsche ones are in back order for atleast 2 months. And rather expanisve 270ish euros.

So then i came across the volvo mounts. most people seem satisfeid by them. But i have no idea what type/year they are.

Then the ford fx 35 i believe? Same problem as above but i find alot less info about this option.

So what is the best option to do, or perhaps any other alternatives i dont know about?

Some details 88s4 auto and not certain if over sea shipping is a good option deu to bad euro to doller ratio and i was planning to do it next week.

I will 2nd calling Roger (for the 2nd post in a row, no less).

He has the Volvo mounts, and he grinds off the pin that they come with that needs to be removed.

I installed a set 2 years ago and couldn't be happier.

I recently put a pair of Volvo mounts on my 88. Got them from Roger. I thought I had the finger and hook rubbing issue, but it turned out to be an exhaust clamp just behind the CAT, elevated by the slightly taller mounts, and contacting the under-body heat shield. Rotated the clamp and was amazed how smooth and quiet the driveline is. I also swapped the trans mounts. Very pleased with the results.
