Newbie Question about rattling Hatch
My hatch seems to be stuck and rattles a lot. Do you think a plastic hatch receiver insert will fix it???

Don't know why you are worried about a little rattle. Your rear toe is out. You will ruin those tires!

as long as the TT has not pushed through the engine I should be good.
There is a new pair of H4's on it that are worth more than I paid for the car 8>)

I can't believe it. Nobody suggested the rubber bumpers.
The rattling hatch is usually caused by the rubber bumpers on the hatch getting old and hard. Sometimes they can be adjusted enough to get the hatch to sit quietly, but more often than not the 25+ year old rubber is just shot and they need to be replaced.
I think they are still available.
I see the OP is in Texas. Which is good because there's a fella there that has a few 928 odds and ends for sale. Ralph or Robert or something like that.
