Default Name that part!

Can anyone tell me the name of this part! It's for the sunroof where the flip up bar thing attaches to the car. It's some sort of hinge!! It has two Phillip head screws. Hinges via a small pin and retainers. Mine is broke and I can't find the name to search the part!!

I was going to say Penelope, however I think Rob's answer is probably better.

Left/Right are the same for all cars, regardless of where the driver sits. Standard for aircraft, autos, boats, etc., is that left/right are defined from the viewpoint of the seated driver. For some reason, people want to reverse that when they are looking under the hood - wrong!
