I am having trouble with my passengers side rear turn signal. So far I have replaced the Relay and the Hazard Safety Switch. To give you background I previously replaced 2 of the connectors with the ones I bought from Rodger. I don't think the connectors are bad, did my friend wire it in wrong?
When the vehicle is turned on both left and right turn signals work fine.
When the lights are on the left turn signal works fine. The right turn signal is very very slow and faintly blinks a break light and turn signal light.

So you are basically saying to take the Passenger's Taillight and Swap it with the Driver's?
Yes - not to drive but to rule out the assemblies themselves. Once you do that we can move on to the wiring coming to the assembly. If you have access to a multimeter we can also test the voltages.
Also, check for any corrosion on all the light sockets especially headlights and fogs. Corrosion can lead to less voltage going to the lights. A recent finding was that corrosion on one of the fog lights lead to a false taillight warning with the lights on.

Well I think you need to focus on the grounds (brown wires) there is a problem there somewhere.
Check it is all correct and redo the connections - before you heat shrink them test for resistance between the various segments spliced together, test the grounds in the bulb holders similarly, clean the main connector, and test resistance from a cluster ground to a vehicle ground point. You are looking for <<1 ohm between all these
BTW are you using 1156 or 1157 bulbs/bulb holders (single or dual end connections on the bulbs?).
