Yes. All '89-91 fronts and all '89-95 rears are the same. The caliper piston seals changed in '89, which is important only because (at least 2-3 years ago) the old 87-88-style seals were NLA for rebuilding purposes, if that's an issue.

Rob,
the calipers are still the same from model year '87-'91 in the front and rear and only the seals are different or are the calipers different too from '89-'91?

The actual shape of the recesses in the calipers where the dust seals seat is different, both front and rear.
Here's a '90 front caliper showing the recesses,
