Default clutch PP bolt torque

The WSM states the clutch pressure plate bolts have a a torque of 16ftlbs.

Is this for all models or was the spec changed for newer single plate cluches?......I cant find a newer spec in WSM.

I have used 16 ft lbs on every single disc clutch I've touched, none of them have fallen out yet. It doesn't seem like much, does it?
