The California Festival of Speed is this coming weekend (4/11 and 4/12) in Fontana. http://www.zone8.org/events/speedfestival.php

I am planning on driving down Saturday morning from Lancaster and putting my car in the Porsche corral (supposedly this is Saturday only and they have separate corrals for each model of Porsche). The concours is also on Saturday. I'm hoping that there's a good 928 turnout there.

Is anyone else planning on attending? Anyone in the Palmdale/Lancaster area want to drive down together?

 

I'm planning a spin across the desert from Phoenix. Gonna test drive a few 991's and take in a ride up into the canyons above the speedway.

I was planning on going, but got roped into kids birthday parties... I did make it last year and it is a good event. Definitely head over to the autocross area and test out some new Porsches on different tires.
