Can the end of the vent line with the rubber cone be seen when you look up behind the rear bumper? I can't see anything up there at all, it may have been stripped out. I can easily run a new vent line to the rear bumper but I can't find out if the cone mounts to anything or if you can see it without removing the bumper?
