Late to this thread but i would have done this for you Jeffrey if you were closer. But i am near Philadelphia..

The best way to adhere the flares is with the 3M auto body 2-part epoxy (strong as or stronger than weld and no warpage!)

Black shows everything and a body guy should charge a little more for the added prep work.

Hope it turns out perfect, should look awesome with those flares !
