Do you mean the "Hazard Light" switch? For the 4 way flashers?
Pull the **** straight off, use a pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze the hooks, and pull it out. The switch itself unplugs from the wiring socket.

Disconnect the battery first. There are some wires on that switch body that carry 12V all the time. This can cause some nasty bad things to happen when they short on the aluminum frame of the dash pod. Do not ask how I know this.
