Default Rebuilding rear calipers

So I'm rebuilding my calipers. I've got all done except putting the floating frame into the bracket and caliper. How do you compress the tension springs arm to slide the floating frame on? Small CClamp? Any suggestions this ones tough.

Have you checked repairgroup 47 in part 4 of the WSM? This may answer your question.

And with $12 of Porsche stickers and a few brush strokes of clear we are ready to install!! This was not an expensive uplift. Get the rebuild kits for the calipers and a set of brake hardware and some brake lines and they really look great!!

Indeed very nice. I hope ou put in fresh seals etc. And perhaps take off the paint on the mating surfaces where the caliper meets the hub. Just because there wasn't any paint there when new.

I did put all new seals in. After cleaning the bores and pistons. I purchased the stickers off Amazon.com
