Fuel injector harness ground bolt sheared off.

Don't you love dissimilar metals?
Ground for the fuel injectors was looking quite nasty and of course the 10mm bolt was corroded and snapped immediately with very little force.
The bolt is blocked by the shock tower and I'm currently in no position to remove the valve cover to drill it out.
I'm considering relocating the ground to the same position on the opposite side of the engine temporarily.
Thoughts or suggestions?
