Default Reworked centre console

Hi,
Thought I'd share my updated centre console. I really didn't like the clock or the ashtray but I wanted to modernise it without modernising it too much. I chose an alpine stereo with handsfree (rather than touchscreen) primarily because of the large centre **** which fits with the other switch gear.

I made the cover over where the ashtray used to be out of galvanised metal plate and covered it with black leather. I put in a USB connector socket and a 12v outlet, following the round switch gear theme. Underneath I've also wired a second USB outlet feeding a USB cable to the centre cubby to charge my phone.

Hope it gives you all some ideas! Was a days work only :-)

Awesome!
Your choice of hardware REALLY matches up very nicely.
That just looks great,
