Ok, I just did not know, Rog.

I just have a problem when someone paints something weird like that on the front bumper.

Who would do that, seriously! If the ad is correct we know the owners, so one of them had to be a coocoo. What else might they have done, filled the tires with peanut butter or installed a flux capasitor? There might even be a brick of cocain under the seat.....that would make the car a steal

I do not see anything on the front bumper at all - must be missing something or my old eyes are worst than I thought. Last time I saw the car is was all original with nothing painted on the front bumper.

It looks like the area around the grill was painted black to make it look more modern ???

Just a reflection in the paint - AD could do with lots of better pictures IMO - however I am not the one selling it.

Might be the picture. Nice looking car none the less and you get a lot more than a similar priced 911 from 85. Period. And I love and have had a bunch of them.

Looks like a reflection of the shadow made by the nose of the car to me - its thicker on the driver's side where there's more shadow due to sun's position.

Slightly concave plastic means you're seeing the same shadow twice as the top/bottom of the reflection, exacerbated by the fish-eye effect of the camera being close to the car.
