Default 82 clutch master bore size

82 Clutch Master
Going to replace the seals from the footwell on an 82 If the cylinder is good I want to hone the Clutch M/C.
What size is the bore so I can order the correct hone?
Thanks

I recommend buying a new one from Pelican. Identical to original and made in Germany. It wasn't as bad a job as some have made it sound. There is a cutoff by serial number for early and late versions.

Diameter is between 18mm & 19mm. Also, read this thread before starting the project. It may save you a lot of time.

Getting everything back together master is in then I observed the clutch pedal moving around. The casting is cracked and needs to be replaced.
I have part number 928-423-311-09 also shows a A as a prefix which the correct number and where can I purchase one?

PET says that the -09 number is correct for 87+, while an '82 wants 928-423-311-06. Both are marked "A" (superseded) but to the original number. PEt gets confused, sometimes.
List price from Porsche is $98 for the -09 pedal, and $283 for the -06.

I would call 928 Int'l and talk to Mark or Tom, they don't commonly crack so I am sure they have good used ones in stock for a lot less.
