Aaron,

I'm always interested when someone repaints a shark (not so much a windows out restoration paint, but more a cosmetic repsray), because I am due to have this done also. One of the things I look for is how other handle the rubber beading between both bumpers and the body shell / fenders. IT looks as though you've just gone over them here? Is that the case.

My preference would be to remove both bumpers and paint off the car, then renew the beading and re-fix. But thats mainly becuase I have a light coloured car. With Black, and from the photos it looks ok.

Aaron,
You have all the cars I wanted when I was in high school....except a Countach. Nice job.

I was curious about the references to the
original version of the 'Justification for Higher Education' poster
.

I tried to find the updated version. I found this....

I taped over them and trimmed the tape with a razor knife. Leave the tape in place until AFTER wet sanding and buffing to avoid making the seal turn white.

Ps sorry for the late reply.

Aaron
