Save the 50 euros ..... I made & installed one in 2004 for far less than a Euro: .... see rad diffuser ( actually titled 'flow promoter')

I'll probably pull one out from some old factory radiator we have in garage for alu rad I have waiting for green GTS to be ready in few years.

FWIW, if I needed one of these I'd be attacking an aluminum food can with snips to make one. It's already pre-formed into a round shape. Something thicker than a beer can for sure, but it really wouldn't take much more than that to get the job done.

^^^ This one's the closest ... 1.5" OD x 0.035" WALL x 1.43" ID 2024 T3 TUBE
The standard part is thinner though, with a 0.027" thickness. It's really not an issue to cut out and roll form some flat sheet, which is more commonly available, and in small pieces. I've used lots of that material to form round, oval and tapered brake cooling ducts ... making one of these would be a piece of cake.
