Default Parts catalogue screw size explanation.

Can someone explain what the numbers separated by the comma's mean when referring to fasteners or washers. Like for example for the bumper it'll list "tapping screw B 4, 8 x 16".

Edit: Nevermind, for screws it's referring to a nominal diameter i believe.

4.8mm diameter and 16mm long. B is info about what kind of screw it is while following numbers tell it's size. All are based on DIN standards. Comma is used as decimal limiter in many parts of the world including Germany.
