I was actually looking for your site recently. I think you had your throttle body overbored. I was wondering why you did it, what was the rationale? Also, how much did it cost and did you have problems with the service provider?

I've been thinking about overboring the throttle body, but not because 74mm (minus the shaft) doesn't flow enough compressed air, but simply to slow down the air that has to make that 90-degree turn up the oval secondary (in Helmholtz resonator sense) pipes into the plenums. I don't know if it's a good idea, but might be worth a shot.

If you got any flow information, even if conjectures, on the impact of the larger throttle plate, I'd be all ears.
