Having not seen my new purchase I finally got to meet her in the flesh a couple of weeks ago. Finally got it running after a top up with 98 octane and some fuel conditioner and now she starts and idles sweetly. It will rev once warm under steady throttle but once under load it dies. I am yet to take care of service items but was hoping there might be some indicators as to what it may be before I bring parts from the USA. As it was in storage for 6 years I am thinking fuel filters?
Now that the AUD exchange rate is crap I am wanting to avoid doing too many random deliveries.
Help greatly appreciated

Model year and other details are needed, but the last thing I would do with any 928 is flush 5 year old fuel through the injection system instead of draining the tank and cleaning it. A 928 has two fuel filters, a cheap easy to replace one by the tank, and a very expensive one comprised of the rest of the injection system up front.
