The PCV system on the early 32V cars is a wonder to me! The right side valve cover has the head scavenge ports, and there are some hoses to the oil-filler casting also, as well as the vacuum source at the intake manifold near the throttle body.
The only valve that I could find in mine, is in the oil-filler housing. It is placed from inside the housing, and resides in one of the hose nipples that protrudes from that housing.
A number of us have contemplated the design and operation of this PCV system and have only gotten to the point of understanding that allows us to determine that the accumulation of oil in the pre-throttle body portion of the manifold, and the plenums, is normal. As for how the crank-case and heads are actually scavenged................ we think it's German Voodoo!!
