on the road again
what a great day....
finally got to drive the 87 after almost a year out of commission.
I got the seats in last weekend and got the door card issue fixed today.
the enter console went in last weekend as well as a thorough interior detailing.....
car looks better than it ever has..
actually drove it today.
What a great car... no wonder i fell in love with it when I got it...
I feel like the song "escape".. you know the pina colada song...
i had fallen out of love with it and was considering selling it... but not now.... yea baby...
i do have a few issues i i will post about that i am having but nothing major...

still need a few items to button things up, I was trying to wait until everything was finished, but ill go ahead and post pics
My almost 13 year old is much more into the car than he was originally. He is turning into quite the motor head. We went to SITM a few years back and have not been again in the last two years.... he is beating me up to make sure that everything is good for SITM this year.. he is itching to go.

yes, far too long. Life has gotten in the way recently.
The wife and I take dance lessons every once a week at the community college. We are doing the tango this quarter. She wants to take the Porsche instead of her rover this week... she is digging the seats and the recovered dash.... it really cleans up the interior.
