Default ABS relay

As I found that the abs relay was no good I ordered another from 928intl. I opened the old relay (kind of difficult not ruining metal) and noticed a bit of tarnish on the ground solder joint. Brushed off and resoldered all the joints with the cold heat solder. Put cover back on (there is a thin wafer for the back side of board) and the darn thing works again. So maybe a bit of resoldering is needed on these failing relays like with the cruise control computer.

Now how long will it last? I do not know as I have put the new (used) one in. I will keep it as a spare.

That'd be cool if it held up. IIRC, it's just a big diode in there? Expensive new for what it is.

I'd put the old back in and keep the other used one as a spare. It will likely suffer the same fate at X-#-miles.
