Quick update. I got the WP and TB changed out and I'm just finishing up the job. Once I get the fans back in, and some small bits connected I'll be back on the road. It's getting cold here but I'll work on it this Wed. It'll be nice to have a running 928 again so I can put the paint on the calipers and the new wheels.

OK, I"m on the road with the car, and it drives quite well. Temps are where they belong, no noises, no clunking and I only had a few bolts left over. I'll be taking it to the bkfst on Sat morning and hopefully no issues.

The mileage is 93,600 so I guess I can look forward to this job again at 133k miles or so.

Latest tally on my car last weekend:
Hall sensor connector repaired with new housing and boot, reconnected.
Windshield side seals installed.
Pax side parcel tray installed, I got lucky and got a navy blue one.
Drain water and replace with 1.8 gal of Xerex G05.
Remove air pump diverter valve and rubber hoses, left metal tubing for now.

Next on the agenda will be a top end refresh. Plans are to either blast and paint, or powder coat the intake and cam covers, all rubber bits, new injector o-rings, injectors cleaned and new gaskets on the top end. Also looking into the correct end cap seals for the cam cover caps.

Powder Coat it, I"m done with paint on the intakes. Mine lasted 4 years but is coming off in sheets.
