2200 Mile Journey - Winnipeg to Fort Lauderdale
So I am flying up to Winnipeg to pick up the 1987 S4 with 19k miles this week. I am bringing my 14 year old boy for the trip - he is more excited than I am.
We will be starting the drive back either Thursday late afternoon or Friday bright and early. Wrench gave the car a clean bill of health with just some minor stuff, but it is 27 years old so I know that $hit can happen. But we will see.
Please keep an eye out for me on the board. If I run into some problems and need some advice, I know where to turn.

Good luck and safe travels on you and your son's trip Cameron. Keep us updated as you go if you can. Sounds like it's going to be really fun! More pics of your beautiful S4 too!

Another Fort Laudy 928! Awesome. I never see them here, but now I have one, and soon you will as well. Brilliant!

I can't think of anything better than a road trip with a son and a P car. Savor every moment, stop in at the tackiest tourist stops and get the heck out of Winnipeg before the snow shows up!

Awesome plan.
I did a few things like that with my two sons, but not enough.
The time just flies by so fast. Enjoy every single moment.
If you come through Atlanta and need a break, give us a shout.
Or if you need any kind of assistance. There's lots of us here.
Have you set up your lodging nights? If so, where are your stops?
