Default Found on NJ CL: Very early '78.

VIN 9288200075. 226,000 miles. Sunroof and rub strip delete. Looks pretty complete.

1978 Porsche 928 5 Speed manual - $2900 (Belleville)

I want it. But - it's in Joyzee, so ain't gonna happen.

Roger and I had a long and salubrious discussion on his collecting efforts of late. He's got them stacked like cord-wood now, so I kinda doubt this is going in the wood pile.

Oh spit! I forgot about that. He could drive it home for me.

If it's orig color, and the AC bits are all there, I might have a go at it.

It's not an original Talbot Yellow... too bright. Plus it was originally a light brown metallic, possibly copper brown.

I spoke with the seller they said it was painted yellow and poorly done. The original color they said was a grey-brown. I am guessing copper brown was the original color.

Headlights look weird, too far down into the fenders I think. Accident? Gap above the front wheel looks large, my car looks like this after I have had it jacked up.

Literally 5 minutes from my house.
