How much have these changed over the years? I seem to be missing a driver's side cover/fairing thing and the trim rings from both sides. I'm guessing finding a used one will be the only option, so I'm wondering what years are compatible with an '86.5.

Headlight pod housings are the same each side and the same for all years.

Trim rings are only on USA cars from 1978 - 1986 (they are part of the conversion for 7" sealed beam headlight to fit in the pods that are designed for 8" headlamps (as fitted on ROW models). 87-95 USA cars also have 8" headlamps but not the the original ROW H4 types - they are a USA DOT H5 version (less good than H4). Try 928 International for all these.
