Default Anything to worry about??

After nearly a year of debt payment, family issues (Dad left us a year ago next month) and an absolutely insane work travel schedule....im now digging into a low miles 928intl motor in the garage.

Aplogies if the RL uploader leaves these original size.

There is zero indication of any metal in the pan. Zero. Or anywhere I can find anywhere else.

Im about to pop a rod bearing cap and inspect in there as well..but I dont expect to find anything there either.

I will be installing Colins cams in this engine..not staying with these.

Just wanted some opinion.

Engine has ~60k on it, and from the perfect condition of all the belt gears..I believe it so far.

is that wear pattern typical for oil related issue or does this imply something else?

I noticed similar wear spots on my cams when I did the chain tensioner pads four years ago at about 175k. I've checked them twice since then when I had the cam covers off for other reasons. I've not noticed any additional wear or new pits either time and I'm at 207k now.

Jeff, can you peek at the cam follower surface underneath?
