Hope ya make it buddy.

Those of us local in DFW/Austin are going to have to have a PowWow and see what we can do to assist all of the guys flying in for the event. I"m busting *** to get a couple more of Rogers cars road worthy, I'll try to get the Green Bean up and registered so it can be driven as it looks like we are going to have a large group of people flying.

It might be a good idea to start a list of who is flying in, how they plan on getting here and if they need a car/ride in to Marble Falls. I caught wind of a member doing his best to rent a rather exclusive Hypercar for this event. I'm sure we will hear more as that happens, if that does someone can have my car so I can ride with him.

We can't make it this year. Marine Corps Birthday Ball is Nov. 8th. My former CO, and 29th Commandant of the Marine Corps is the guest this year. There will be a large group of Khe Sanh survivors and General Grey is one of them. We're all getting old, might be the last time we all get together.

Have fun!!!

Looking for a "Cooler Scooter" any leads welcome - we can race in the car park like Frenzy. Already found a 1000W for $899.
What about a simulated Police drug bust like Frenzy - that would go well with the Eagles concert!!!

Rog, if you found a coolerscooter for 899 thats a great deal! But that probably means they have to have the "made in America" scooter shipped from China 3 months from now. I found Beer Fish III on Amazon and it was shipped the next day. FYI. Just make sure before paying.

Glen and I have booked flights to be there Friday, leaving Monday, now we each just need 2 '85 Euro's with simple major suspension upgrades and ride-along kegmeisters. :-D

I'll use this as incentive to encourage Sean to get my new buy ready for Marble Falls. If he does:

Happy to pick one person up at/near DFW and drive them to the gathering. I'm driving down to San Antonio after the event to have dinner with an old friend, driving back to the DFW area Monday, so any riders may need an alternative return driver.

Brad

Registration is not open yet and when it is it is only for head count, drivers wanting to drive and meal counts.
Just make sure your hotel is booked as they were very close to being sold out.
We do not usually have registration but with so many coming it will help with the organization.
I am sure Laura will open registration soon.
