OP have you tried a Timing Light to see if all 8 plugs are getting Spark, just wondering if your chasing a miss fire or non cylinder firing issue. Unless I didn't catch that you have done so.

You can ohm out all the ignition wires and see if they all are the same (with-in a few ohms), same goes for the injectors, they all should ohm out approx w/in the same range.

A rebuilt MAF is never a bad thing to have done, I've seen that cure many odd running issues.

All that is checked. So I think the MM is the root cause. Metal to metal contact is not a good thing!
