AC Fan not working
What is the most common reason the AC fan won't go on?
This could be the reason I keep going through the #17 fuse.
With the AC on, engine running the fan never goes on. Is there a relay for it or .....?

Relay XVIII is the AC condenser fan a 918.615.111.00 and is supplied by Fuse #16 (I'd start there).
It is very unlikely this has any impact on Fuse #17 - that is probably a different issue altogther
Fuse 16 & 17 should both be 25A?
